Axion Polymers is the UK's leading reprocessor of plastics from WEEE and other post-consumer waste streams. We manufacture high-quality, 100% recycled polymers for use in injection moulding and extrusion applications.

Our Axpoly® range of recycled PS and recycled PP is equal in performance to virgin polymers. Axfoil® extruded PS sheet is perfect for use in thermoforming.

We develop and optimise processing and collection methods for a wide range of clients within the recycling and process industries.

Our team of enthusiastic process engineers and project managers has a wide range of experience in the recycling and process sectors, with special expertise in mixed waste plastics and biofuels.

Axionenergy

We commercialise innovative processes, such as pyrolysis, and pyrolysis oil upgrading, to convert waste biomass into biofuel.

Processes are developed in-house, as well as helping others to exploit novel third party waste to fuel technologies.

Axion's Engineering team designs and builds innovative processing plants for other companies in the recycling sector.

We can advise on plant design and equipment selection and have managed projects for ourselves and for clients in the range £10k to £10 million.
